Something under the random mark....

I might be able to say that I have been waiting to make this post for a long time. One of the reasons I Made this stinkin blog is cause' I wanted to make my mark.

This post is on the food industries.

One of the greatest books you can ever read about your health is called, "Natural Cures That "They" don't want you to know. There is one thing about the food industries that he states over and over again, "It's all about the money I highly recommend buy, checking out this book, however you get it, you have to read it. It is a book the average person should read.....Not that I want to put taco bell out of business....BUT; they could use some organic foods.

If you are eating something right now or drinking something, I don't care, grab the box or the side of the can and look at the "Nutrition Facts." Not that anything in a soda is nutritious in any way.. and look at the list of things in it. I would bet my armour that you only know of 5 things or less on the side of that box.. or can. If any of those items on the list are, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Dextrose, Artificial Flavors and/or colors like; red 1, blue 4, yellow 2, ext, Calories.

High fructose corn syrup IS NOT just another name for sugar!!! In fact it is a sort of poison to our body. It actually takes the place of true cane sugar and replaces it with a Cheaper, Longer SHELF LIFE period. Remember, Its all about the money. "Oh it's past its experation date," "Who cares??" "Sombody will buy it!"

Dextrose, not much said about it....But we do know, its another preservative. Not good for you.
basicly any food with X in it isn't good for you.... and we move onto Artificial crap.
Artificial flavors are made out of chemicals, also bad for you, colors, right; Chemicals. All the above...Not good for you. All of that stuff is basicly poison to the human body.

The man in the book from above was talking to a V.P. of a food company and was shooting questions at him. He asked him about the poisonous chemicals they were putting in their food. He said it was too small a amount to hurt you. Then he asked him if he would eat those chemicals if he put them in small vials. It took him a while to reply, then he finally said no. Then he asked him what the chemicals were actually doing to the food. He waited a long time before he finally replied. They just help keep them on the shelf. But he knew that he wasn't telling him something.
What he didn't say is that they make you addicted to it. The very first coca cola REALLY had Cocain in it to make you addicted to it, IT ALL ABOUT THE MONEY.

FINALLY!!!! made it to the warriors guild with att lvl 62 and str 68! w@@! couldn't get a pic.....Runescape wasn't loading.....

But, I already got a iron defender. The cyclops dropped a clue scroll.....i couldn't do it though....i had to have done watchtower quest....
